• Level 1 Trainer: For new instructors who meet the entry requirements.
• Level 2 Instructor: For already certified instructors looking to advance their certification.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Level 1 Trainer:
21 years old and above
No criminal record
Reasonably fit and technically practiced
Willing to sustain intensive training
Minimum of 3 years Krav Maga training experience, or minimum 4 years training experience in a striking-based fighting system (boxing/kick-boxing).
Upon successful completion will be tested and cetrified as Level 1 Krav Maga Trainer with Krav Maga Israel
Level 2 Instructor:
As above
Already certified as a Krav Maga instructor with a recognized organization.
Upon successful completion will be tested and qualified as Level 2 Instructor with Krav Maga Israel.
COURSE CONTENT
The course is structured around practical training sessions and theory sessions, providing a balanced approach to learning. The practical training sessions cover a wide range of topics, including combatives, grabs and holds, weapons defense, ground combatives, and integrated skills. These sessions are designed to provide hands-on experience and ensure you are proficient in the techniques and principles of Krav Maga.
The theory sessions complement the practical training, providing valuable insights into the role and responsibilities of a Krav Maga instructor. Topics covered in these sessions include:
Instructor Position: Learn how to conduct yourself as an instructor, engage with your students, and assert your authority in a respectful and effective manner.
Lesson Plan: Gain the skills to write and conduct lesson plans according to Krav Maga Israel's methodology.
Teaching Practice: Get hands-on experience teaching classes, with expert feedback to help you improve.
Managing Safety: Learn best practices for conducting classes safely and dealing with injuries should they occur during class.
Teaching Test: Demonstrate your ability to teach a class effectively, ensuring you leave the course with proven abilities.
Tactical First Aid: Learn how to treat injuries related to violence, a crucial skill for any Krav Maga instructor.
